| Comment: It is hard to believe that it has been 40 years since our graduation! Currently, I am a Financial Advisor with Mellon Financial Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA. My husband Dave and I celebrated 35 years of marriage last summer with a much enjoyed cruise around the Hawaiian Islands. We have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. Kristin, 28, is a cardiac intensive care nurse. She and her husband John live nearby. Our youngest daughter Suzanne, 25, is an architect in Knoxville, TN. She has also started her own business, ContemporaryInk.com, a card design company. We have two granddoggies but no grandchildren yet. Dave and I are active in our church and enjoy traveling. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion! Thanks to the reunion committee for all of the hard work! | |

Retired March 2009 and moved to North Myrtle Beach, SC. We have 14 grandkids (including 2 step grandsons). Our oldest daughter lives in Tulsa, OK and is a partner in a law firm. Our two younger daughters are homemakers and live in the Bluefield area with 13 of our grandkids, which requires numerous trips back to Bluefield each year. We established a smalll consulting company that works on various projects with coal companies. |

It's hard to realize that 40 years have gone by so quickly. Bo and I recently celebrated our 35 anniversary. We have two sons, Kevin and Jeff. Both are graduates of Virginia Tech. Kevin is a civil engineer. He and his wife have a ten month old daughter, Elizabeth, who's stolen our hearts. They live in Salem, VA. Jeff is doing a Post Doc at UNC, Chapel Hill in Biochemistry. We never seem to make it back to Bluefield since we lost our parents and no longer have any family there. |
